Onsite training is a minimum of five days with an option to add days. Online training consists of a 4-week program with 1 1/2 hour sessions per day. Below is a sample of a typical training schedule. The schedule is organic and changes per dealership. The idea is that all users have an understanding of e-manageONE and know how to do basic functions such as search, add a new customer, start a project and move around the program. This way we can focus on daily processes and spend the majority of the time working with individuals and teams to do their day to day work.
