Double clicking on a lead from the Open Leads pop-out panel will allow you to edit the details of the lead.
Click the Save button when you have made all of the updates you want to make to the lead record, or you can click the "Save and Start a Project" button to save your changes and start a project attaching the lead to the newly created project. Saving the record after making changes will update your last activity date and remove the fire icon if one is showing next to the lead (this may require a reload of the grid before you see the fire icon disappear).
