Report (Quote, Invoice, etc.) is not printing properly and is misaligned or off centered.

e-manageONE relies on the Windows Settings for text size / resolution to properly display reports. Unfortunately, There is currently no work around to this at this time.

• If you are using an extended monitor, you will need to change your computer Display Settings following the steps below.

1. Right click on your computer desktop and go to Display Settings.

2. Select the larger monitor display

   In the “Main Displays” section, check ‘Make this my main display’

4. In the “Scale and Layout” section, make sure text size is set to 100% and your display resolution is set to the recommended option (typically 1920 x 1080)
