E-manage comes with a zip code look-up database for the United States and Canada, so when you enter a zip code and hit the TAB key - the city, state, county, and tax rate automatically populate.

If the city that comes up is not correct, you can add it to the zip code database by putting entering the correct city in (after entering the zip code) and tabbing out of hitting TAB to exit the City Text Box. An Add Zip Code window will pop up and allow you to fill out the information that e-manage needs to save a new Zip Code.
