In most cases you should be able to download your Contracts / Accounts from within your Web Services window but if you need to manually add/edit or add , you can do so in the Tools menu “Web Services” tab (top toolbar) > Configure > OFDA Settings. Vendor Web Service Settings > Follow the instructions below to manually add Accounts.
