Open an existing Contact record or create the You have a few options to create new leads in e-manage|ONE. Please note: All leads are required to be linked to a company and contact. If there is unknown information for the lead, simply enter TBD and update once the info is retained. See the options below to create leads.

1. Create a Company & Contact then click New Lead

2. Search (left toolbar) > Select Contact > Type Contact Name > Click New Lead from the top toolbar.

You can also right click on a contact from Search or any other grid, hover on Actions and select Contact Profile

3. In any grid, right-click >Select Actions > Create a Lead Record.
