e-manage|ONE allows provides you with the ability to create Microsoft Word Templates, save them to which can be saved within e-manage|ONE and allow for all of your users to use them utilize as mail merges for contacts. These mail merges can, with a couple of clicks, be sent as e-mail instead of printing documents. It is important to remember With just a few clicks, you can send these mail merges as emails, rather than printing out physical documents.
It's important to keep in mind that the data that will merge is merged from e-manage|ONE depends on where the mail merge is being performed from. For exampleinstance, if you have a template that contains includes project data, you will need to either go navigate to the specific project that you want the data to come be pulled from and perform the merge from the Project Contacts side panel (select by selecting all contacts from the grid that you want to merge to, and then click clicking the mail merge button on the side panel), or you will need to do execute a Project contact Contact Analysis and Perform Mail Merge from the Actions menu of within the analysis window.
