Messages are a way to track incoming phone calls and when needed, assign a callback to an individual or a group of users.
This is a grid listing of all phone messages that have been saved to the company location. Any phone messages that were assigned to this company will show up in this listing.
Phone messages that are related to a Project should be added to the Project as that is where users will be looking for information related to a Project. Messages can be assigned to many different records at the same time by dragging and dropping a record into the lower “Record” section of the message.
