First you will need to navigate to Inventory > Manage Inventory & Warehouses > Select your Warehouse > Select View Inventory. You can jump straight to “View Inventory” from the main “Inventory” menu if you want to see ALL inventory regardless of which warehouse the product is in.

Add a minimum and maximum quantity as shown below if you would like e-manage to recommend a quantity.

You will need to select the “Refresh” button on the top toolbar to see the Recommended Order Qty and Qty to Order auto-populate.

From here, you can always adjust the “Qty to Order” manually before selecting “Generate PO’s”.

The following window will pop up in which you can place any special instructions, mark for, etc. that will apply to all PO’s. In the next window, you can adjust on a per PO level if necessary. Select “Create Purchase Orders”.

In the next window, you will see all line items that had a “Qty to Order” entered on Vendor PO automatically separated by Vendor.

You can double click on the Purchase Order to make adjustments to the Ship To address, Mark For, etc. Be sure to click Save if you make any adjustments. When you “Print” the PO, it will ask if you’d like to make today the issued date to Vendor (just as it normally would in the Project module).

You can also select “Print P.O.'s” from the “View Inventory Purchase Orders” screen.

Notice the PO # is auto-generated with a “-INV”. From this window you can Email, Print, etc. per usual.

You can view your Inventory Purchase Orders from the “Manage Inventory & Warehouses” window as shown below.
