Punch List Action Item Setup

When creating a Punch List is created from the Mobile App, you can automate the process by setting up an Action Item can to be setup to automatically send to ensure the issue is properly sent automatically. This helps ensure that issues are effectively communicated to the correct person or group of people. Follow the steps below to setup right individuals or groups. To set up a Punch List Action Item, follow these steps:

  1. Login to the e-manage|ONE Administrator Application.

  1. Select “Action Items” in In the "Configure" section, select "Action Items."

  1. Activate the “Punch List” "Punch List" Action Item by checking “In Use” the "In Use" option, then select the “Punch List” "Punch List" Action Item.

Note

If the “Punch List” "Punch List" Action does not exist, you will need to select “New” on create it by selecting "New" in the right panel. Make sure to create it. It must be labeled exactly in this way otherwise, the automation will not worklabel it precisely as indicated, as this is crucial for proper automation.
