The Bulk e-mail functionality of e-manage|ONE offers a powerful Bulk Email feature that allows you to send templated (using the e-manage Builders) or free-form e-mails emails to multiple users effortlessly. You can drag and drop contacts or contact groups into the recipients or you can import e-mail addresses (when you do not have contact names) from Microsoft Excel. Attach documents from include attachments from e-manage or from your hard drive with easy to use drag and drop attachments. Choose and choose to send individual emails to each recipient an individual e-mail or build the TO list all in one e-mail with the click of a checkbox. 

To begin, click on the "Tools" menu at the top of the e-manage 7 main window and then choose "Bulk e-mail".
