  • Ensure the grid toolbar is visible by clicking the round button at the bottom right of the grid.

  • If there's already a saved layout, clear the text in the drop-down list box, enter a name for the layout, and click the save button. Choose between saving for the entire company or for personal use only.

  • When saving a companywide default layout, click the save button with the hand icon.

  • For personal layouts, choose whether to make it your default and/or public.
