Please reach out to e-manage|ONE Support here to purchase Partner/Subcontractor licenses prior to completing the steps below. This license will ONLY allow access to the Partner app and they will not have access to the Desktop app. |
Locate the Subcontractor Company:
Navigate to e-manageONE and search for the specific Subcontractor Company.
Once found, ensure to mark the 'Installation Subcontractor' checkbox.
Create a New User:
Access the e-manageONE Administrator panel. Note: You must have Administrator privileges to perform this action.
Proceed to create a new user account.
For the Username and Password, consider using the Company's name for both fields for consistency.
Make sure to select the 'Subcontractor' checkbox.
Assign the Company:
From the dropdown menu, select the appropriate Subcontractor Company.
Note: This dropdown list exclusively features companies classified as subcontractors.
