Regular Text Builder
First is a regular text builder that saves straight text builders to streamline your workflow by allowing you to save and reuse frequently used text. These builders enable you to quickly add pre-defined content into various areas of the software, reducing repetitive typing. The two types of builders are:
1. Regular Text Builder
The Regular Text Builder saves plain text for use in boxes that display a "Builder" button that fields that do not support text formatting. The following is a list of windows You can find the "Builder" button in areas that use the regular text builder, allowing you to select or save text snippets for quick reuse.

You can edit existing saved items by highlighting the row in the grid and clicking the "Edit Selected Item" button. Once you have edited the text to say what you want it to say, click the "Save Text To Grid For Re-Use". In the panel, you can choose to "Save" or "Save as New Item". If you choose "Save as New Item", then your existing saved item will remain the way it was and a new item will be added with the new text. If you choose the "Save" button, the existing item will be updated to the new text.
The Copy Selected Item To Text Box will add the selected item to the top text box. You can add multiple items this way when you want to put them in a certain order in the text box.

The second type of Builder is the Rich Text Builder (Formatted Text).

How to Use the Rich Text Builder:
Click the "Builder" button in the applicable field.

Click "Save Text To Grid For Re-Use" to save your formatted text.
Saved text items can be easily selected and applied in other documents by checking the box next to the desired item and clicking "Use Checked Item(s) and Close."
Editing and Managing Saved Items:
Edit existing items by selecting them and clicking "Edit Selected Item." Update the content and choose "Save" or "Save as New Item" as needed.
Use the "Copy Selected Item To Text Box" option to add selected items into the main text area in a specific order.
