Whether you need project insights or guidance on system functionality, Ask e-manage is designed to respond quickly to your queries.

As we continue to improve this feature, your feedback is crucial. Please explore it, use it regularly, and share your thoughts to help us make it even better. Future updates will connect it to our Help Desk, enabling you to submit tickets directly through the tool.

How to Use Ask e-manage (BETA)

Step 1: Launching Ask e-manage

  • When you start e-manage|ONE, Ask e-manage will open automatically in a small window.

  • Place your mobile app key in the Connection String. Reach out to Support if you are not sure what your Connection String is.

  • You can minimize it to your taskbar alongside your other open applications or close it entirely.

  • If you close the tool, it will remain active in the background. To reopen it:

    1. Click the small arrow next to your clock (in your task tray).

    2. Look for the e-manage logo with a small question mark icon.

    3. Right-click the icon and select "Show" to bring the tool back to your screen.

Asking a Question

Once open, simply start typing your question. Whether it’s a data-related inquiry or a how-to question, Ask e-manage will respond with the most relevant answer.

Additional Features

  • Feedback:
    After receiving a response, click the thumbs up or thumbs down to rate the answer’s helpfulness.

  • Detailed Feedback:
    If you select a thumbs down, you will be prompted to rate the response on accuracy, speed, and overall experience.

  • Copy Response:
    Use the copy icon to quickly copy the response and share it with a coworker or customer.

Tips for Best Results

  • Be Specific: The more precise your question, the more accurate the response.
    Example: Instead of "Show me recent projects," try "How many projects were created in the last 7 days?"

  • Explore How-To Questions: Use it as your first stop for support!
    Example: "How do I generate a customer invoice?" or "What is the best way to manage leads?"
