While setting up editable fields, you can choose to use a drop down list (either built in or a custom drop down list Custom Drop Down List ) and assign the ability to edit the field to an application right (either built in or a custom application right Custom Application Right ).
You may need to call into our support Sport line (or send an e-mail) to find out what table a column of data belongs to in order to set up the editable field properly. We welcome your phone calls and e-mails for help in implementing this functionality.
To begin, go to the grid that you want to configure an editable field in and click the round red button. The button will turn green and the Grid Functions Toolbar will appear under the now green button. Click the Grid Functions Menu, then click the "Configure Editable Fields" menu item.
