Highlight the division you want to start with (you may only have one Corporate Division to choose from) and then click on the Drop Down List Setup tab and scroll down in the Drop Down List grid to the new custom list name you created and click it.

To create a new Drop Down item select “New”, place the text in the “List Item” (or “List It…”) and select “Save” (or pressing ENTER on your keyboard will save the item and put you back in new mode to type a new item). When you create new items in the drop down list setup tab the default is to add the item to all corporate divisions. So if you have more than one corporate division and DO NOT want the item you are adding to be added for all corporate divisions, highlight the divisions you do not want to add to and click the < button.Click the Save button (or pressing ENTER on your keyboard will save the item and put you back in new mode to type a new item)

Repeat for all items you want to add and if you want different items for different divisions, you should click on the corporate division in the top grid when you are ready to add items to another division.
