Every time any user changes the status of a contact, the change is stored as history in the database. Remember that e-manage is a way to learn from history when things go wrong (or right) and hone your company's policies according to what has already happened.
Status changes show you who made the status change, what they changed it from and to, and when they changed it.
This is a grid listing of all status changes for the currently open Contact Record. It is a read only grid, there is nothing to double click or right click to open.
