This is a grid listing of all phone messages that have been saved to the project. Any phone messages that were assigned to this project (not necessarily as the main record) will show up in this listing.
PHONE MESSAGES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH COMPANIES OR CONTACTS SHOULD ALSO BE ASSIGNED TO THOSE RECORDS AS WELL AS THAT MAY BE WHERE USERS WILL BE LOOKING FOR INFORMATION. MESSAGES CAN BE ASSIGNED TO MANY DIFFERENT RECORDS AT THE SAME TIME, SO BE SURE TO ASSIGN THEM NOT ONLY TO THE PROJECT, BUT ALSO TO THE COMPANY.
