Active quotes are all quotations that are marked as Valid regardless if they are expired or not. You can access this grid in Today > Active Quotes.
If you are a salesperson, you will only see quotes where you are the Salesperson on the project. Users who manage salespeople will see all quotes for those that they manage which is set in the Administrator.
