Explore the following features to streamline your punch list management:

Creating a New Punch List

  • New Punch List: Generate a punch list by completing all relevant fields and clicking 'Done'.

    • Users can now upload multiple pictures for each Punch List item, allowing for more detailed documentation and tracking of progress.

    • This action marks the job as a Punch List / Hot Job and submits a corresponding Punch List Action Item.

    • Note: Your Administrator must ensure proper configuration of the Punch List Action Item.

Document and Progress Picture Uploads

  • Upload Project Documents: Access the '+' symbol in the lower right corner to upload images or files to Project Documents using these methods:

    • Upload from Camera

    • Upload from Gallery

    • Upload from Files

  • Upload Progress Pictures: Utilize the '+' symbol in the lower right corner to upload visual updates using these methods:

    • Upload from Camera

    • Upload from Gallery

    • Upload from Files

Info

Pictures automatically upload as "Gallery Images" for inclusion in the Installation Progress Report. Refer to the Progress Pictures section for further details.

Note

Enable camera and photo access when prompted. You can also set this up in Settings > Select e-manage Mobile app > allow access to photos and camera.

Punch List Management

  • Punch List Information: Edit punch list details by selecting the pencil icon.

  • Favorite Records: Use the star icon to toggle favorites on or off.

    • Note: Favorite status is device-specific and doesn't sync across devices.

  • Return to Dashboard: Click 'X' to return to the Dashboard.

  • Add Pictures: Capture and attach images from the camera or gallery.

Punch List Items

  • Viewing and Managing Items: Access a list of all Punch List items specific to the project.

    • Click on an item or use '>' to view details.

    • Mark items as complete or re-open by checking the checkbox.

Punch List / Hot Jobs Overview

  • Reports and Desktop View: Projects with Punch Lists can be viewed in two ways:

    • From the Hamburger menu under the "Reports" heading in the app.

    • On the "Today" tab in the Desktop app.

    • Within the Project in the Desktop App, under the Punch List module

To use this feature in the Mobile or Desktop App, your Administrator must first properly configure specific setup items. See here for more information.

  1. Access the Project or Installation Item: Navigate to the main mobile Dashboard and open the desired Project, or select the Installation Item from the Install Calendar.

  1. Initiate a New Punch List: Locate the '+' icon situated in the lower right corner and choose “New Punch List”.

  1. Attach Images: Underneath the form, find the option to “Add Picture”.

  • Option to add photos from camera or gallery.

  • When adding photos from gallery, you have the option to upload multiple pictures at once.

  1. Optional: Edit and Enhance: Utilize the pencil icon located in the upper right corner to make any necessary edits to the punch description and add more images if needed.
