When users choose to delete Options, Phases, BOMs (Bills of Materials), or Parts within these components, the system now performs an automatic backup. This backup is stored in the clipboard manager, ensuring that deleted items are not lost.
Key features of this functionality include:
Automatic Backup: Whenever a user deletes any of the aforementioned components, e-manage generates a copy of the deleted item and stores it in the clipboard manager.
User-Specific Storage: Deleted items are associated with the user who performed the deletion action. This means that each user's deleted items are kept separately in e-manage.
Retention Period: Deleted items are retained within e-manage for a duration of 1 month. During this period, users can access their deleted items for recovery or reference.
Versatile Restoration: Users have the flexibility to paste the deleted item(s) back into the original project from which they were removed. Additionally, these items can be pasted into the Bill of Materials of any project as needed.
This feature enhances the user experience by providing a safety net for deleted items, enabling easy retrieval and reintegration into projects, and ultimately streamlining project management within e-manage|ONE.
