Adding International or Unrecognized Zip Codes
If e-manage|ONE does not recognize the zip code you're entering (e.g., international locations), you can manually create a new zip code entry. Follow these steps:
Enter the Zip Code
In the New Company window or the Quick Company, Contact & Lead form, type in the zip code and press TAB on your keyboard.
If the system does not recognize the zip code, it will display a prompt asking if you want to create a new zip code. Click Yes to open the Add New Zip Code window.
Complete the New Zip Code Details
In the Add New Zip Code window, fill out the following fields:
Zip Code
City
County (use N/A if not applicable)
State (must be 2 characters)
Country (free-form entry allowed)
Area Code (use N/A if not applicable)
Note: The Sales Territory field is optional.
Special Instructions for Canadian Zip Codes
When entering a Canadian zip code, ensure "Canada" is selected in the Country field.
The County field becomes not required when Canada is selected as the Country but again, you can use N/A in any fields where you do not have information to populate.
Save the New Zip Code
If a warning message appears, click OK and proceed.
Save the company’s information to finalize the new zip code entry.
This feature allows you to manage international addresses or missing zip codes effortlessly, ensuring your data remains accurate and complete.
