You can choose from several different criteria options using the left panel to select items such as specific Action Item type, Project Status', Project Types and more. You can also use the middle section to select Action Items based off critical information such as Active or Completed, Submission Date and more.

If you choose to run without selecting any criteria it will show you ALL Action Items in your division.
