Accessing the Grid

  • Access the Current Opportunities grid in the "Today" pop-out panel.

Key Information Displayed

  • The grid displays essential project data, including Estimated Sale, Estimated Cost, Estimated Labor Cost, Sale, and Estimated GP%.

  • These values are filled when you create a quote in the BOM / Estimating / Quoting window.

  • Use the Approximate Value field to estimate project value before creating a quote.

Project Ownership

  • If you don't manage other salespeople, the grid shows projects where you are the primary salesperson.

  • The primary salesperson is the one with the highest credit percentage.

  • Shared credit: the higher percentage designates the primary salesperson.
