Add New Account in Quickbooks
Import Account into e-manage|ONE in the Quickbooks Integration Application
Select Imports > Import / View Chart of Accounts
Activate Account
Mark account as Active (Use in e-manage)
Mark account as Receivable and/or Payable (If using WIP functionality you will need to mark both due to the automated WIP/COGS functionality - postings that take place in both the receivable and payable)
If the account you are setting up is a WIP account you must also select the COGS Offset Account
Configure Drop Down
Administrator Application > Tools > Corporate Division Configuration > Drop Down List Setup > Navigate to Product Types > Add a New Drop Down if Necessary or Simply Assign Account to Applicable Product Type
