The Contact Modules Menu contains the main creation window for a contact and grids of records that contacts are associated with, these include Projects, Lead Records, Service Contracts, Serviceable Items, Service Tickets, and Help Desk Incidents.
You can use the Contact Modules menu when a contact record is open, or you can use it by right clicking on one or more contacts from Search e-manage, Recent Records, Favorites or any other grid that contains contact data.
