Have a minimum of 2 leads assigned to the implementation. We have noticed that 3 leads seems to work well as they can work as a team, assign tasks amongst one another and ask each other questions.
Create a reoccurring schedule internally to review tasks, discuss items and update tasks.
Review the implementation Training Guide as a team and don't be afraid to move along. This will also help you get familiar with what is expected.
Use the system, browse through the windows and don't be afraid to do things. You will not break the software.
Engage others in discussion and show functionality.
Get other users familiar with the system. We encourage repetition so the more people that are using the system the better and faster the entire company will learn.
