The administrator QuickBooks is to map the QuickBooks file to the Corporate Division in e-manage One. You can also locate this setting from Tools > Configure User Settings. In e-manage One you can have run multiple companies and each company will be associated with its own set of financials. e-manage One allows you to view each company individually and combined without affecting the financials. You only need to map the QB file location on one user's machine and it will apply to every user.
Configure QuickBooks Data File (Map QB to e-manage)

**To find where client hosts QB Data file > Open Quickbooks > File > Open Previous Company
**To map QB File Path Quickbooks must be closed out
**It may be necessary to re-download Quickbooks Files (QB13.exe)
Import Chart of Accounts, Customers and Vendors
Follow the below instructions to Import the above mentioned items and to make the initial connection of e-manageONE and Quickbooks.
Open Quickbooks using Admin credentials. This is only necessary for the first initial connection and importing of information.
Proceed to open Quickbooks Integration from e-manageONE (File > Quickbooks Integration).
In the e-manageONE Quickbooks Integration App you can now go to the Import menu to Import the Chart of Accounts, Customers and Vendors.
*Customers and/or Vendors that do not have an Address associated with the account will not import into e-manage
Activate Accounts in the QB Integration App
In the e-manageONE QB Integration App from the Imports menu select Import/View Chart of Accounts
Mark which accounts you will use in e-manage by checking the “Active” check box
Mark if the accounts are a Payable or Receivable account
In order for the WIP functionality to work properly the WIP and COGS accounts are to be marked as both
Set the COGS Offset account on the WIP accounts (if using WIP accounts)
Connect e-manage Product Types to Quickbooks Accounts
Open the e-manageONE Administrator from the File Menu
Navigate to the Drop Down List Setup
Locate the Product Types drop down item
Connect each product type to each Sales, COGS, Tax and WIP account
