Create a Lead from the Go App

There are two convenient methods for adding a Sales Lead in the e-manageONE Go app: by converting an existing contact or by creating a new one directly within the app. Follow these steps:

Method 1: Creating a Lead from an Existing Contact

  1. Open the app and navigate to the contact you wish to convert into a Lead.

  2. In the lower right corner of the contact page, you'll find a sticky note icon. Tap on it.

  3. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the Lead creation process.

Method 2: Creating a New Lead on the Fly

  1. Begin by opening the Company record associated with the Lead you want to add.

  2. Look for the '+' icon located in the lower right corner of the screen. Tap it to initiate the Lead creation process.

  3. Follow the same steps mentioned in Method 1 to finalize and save the Lead details.

    • Reason Requirement: Provide a reason for the cancellation.
