Note on Vendor Location Rights
Creating and editing vendor locations in e-manage|ONE requires special user rights. Not every user will have the ability to enter these types of locations, even if every user they can sell to them.
Before entering any new company, you should search e-manage to make sure it doesn't exist. e-manage has a robust duplicate checking strategy, but there are always exceptions, such as users entering company names by Acronym. Therefore, e-manage gives you many ways to search including: location name, address, phone number, etc. (see "Searching for Existing Companies")
Once it is determined that a new company location is required, it is always easiest to use the e-manage prospecting functionality that searches Google for the address, phone, web address, etc. and allows you to enter the new company location with the bare minimum of typing (see "Prospecting")
