e-manage|ONE allows you to create empowers users to efficiently generate Microsoft Word Templates, save them to enabling seamless mail merges for contacts. These templates can be stored within e-manage|ONE and allow all of your users to use them as mail merges for contacts. These mail merges can, with a couple of clicks, be sent as e-mail instead of printing documents. It is important to remember that the data that will merge from e-manage , ensuring universal accessibility for all users. With just a few clicks, you can send these mail merges as emails, eliminating the need for physical document printing.

Performing Mail Merges:

  1. Highlight the desired contacts.

  2. Select "Write Letters."

  3. If there are duplicate names in your criteria, a message will prompt; select "yes."

  4. The highlighted names will appear under "Recipients."

It's crucial to understand that the data merged from e-manage|ONE depends on where the mail merge is performed from. For example, if you have a template that contains project data, you will need to either go to the project that you want the data to come from and perform conducted. If the template you want to use has Lead data, you must drag and drop contacts from the Lead pop-out panel into the Recipients list box in the Perform Mail Merge window.
