You can double click on the Purchase Order to make adjustments to the Ship To address, Mark For, etc. Be sure to click Save if you make any adjustments. When you “Print” the PO, it will ask if you’d like to make today the issued date to Vendor (just as it normally would in the Project module).

Notice the PO # is auto-generated with a “-INV”. From this window you can Email, Print, etc. per usual.
