Contacts are any person in e-manage|ONE are individuals you work with at a Company Location (or Vendor) that can be interested in something your selling (a lead record), someone you want to market to (see Bulk e-mailing using Microsoft Word or the Bulk e-mail functionality), or is someone you will use as an attention to on shipping or billing forms.Since e-manage|ONE integrates with Microsoft Outlook, it is important that you get an e-mail address (we hold two e-mail e.g. Vendor, Customer, Install Location, etc.).
