This tool can be used to add a new company location such as a customer, vendor, install location, etc. The "Prospecting" Our Prospecting tool is designed to make entering the process of adding new company locations into the locations for companies - whether they are customers, vendors, or installation sites - a breeze. It's all about simplifying data entry and enhancing accuracy in your e-manage database easier and more accurate by using data from Google.by harnessing the power of Google.
Access the Prospecting Tool:
On the left-side toolbar,
click "New" and select "Prospect" to open the Prospecting pop-out panel.
Type in

Search for the Company:
In the "Search For" field, enter the name of the company you are looking for

Specify the city and/or state in the "Location" field

(State abbreviations accepted).
Click "Get Results

Select the Matching Result:
Review the search results and identify the one you are looking for

Click the "New Company" button to proceed with adding this location OR “Quick Company / Contact” button if you’d like to add the Company & Contact all-in-one swift entry.

When Nothing Appears in the Prospecting Tool:
If, for any reason, nothing appears in the Prospecting Tool , you can go to New -> Company and proceed to or if you prefer to add the company manually, follow these steps:
Go to "New" and select "Company."
Continue with Step 2 in the next section.

You should add both If your customers have distinct Bill To address and your customers Install Location address as addresses, you must create separate company locations if the addresses are differentfor each. In essence, a unique company record should be established for each different address. In the next step, we will walk through guide you on how to connect the two. Essentially for every different address you will have a separate company record.link these two locations together for a seamless workflow. |
