The Asset Manager can be used to manage your internal assets such as computers, laptops, trucks, etc. but can also be used to manage external items such as demo chairs or loaned furniture. You can check out the product easily. You can also add information such as servicing info for your trucks to ensure your Assets are being maintained. You can add images, quantities available, purchased price, value, and more. Below you can find instruction on how to add a new asset, duplicate an asset, issue an asset and more!

To access the Asset Manager navigate to your Main Tool Menu > Asset Manager.

Note: You must have specific rights to view and/or manage the Asset Manager.

To add a new Asset select “New Asset”. Fill in the required fields and hit Save.

You can duplicate an Asset by highlight the Asset and selecting “Copy Selected”.

To issue an Asset simply double click on the Asset and select “Issue” to fill in all information to check out the Asset.

Once the Asset has been checked out you will see the history in the lower section of the Asset item in which you can double click to add the “Date In” to check back in.

Print the Receiving report showing Asset information such as issued dates, who is set to pick-up asset, quantity, when it got checked back in, etc.

You can also print Asset labels to attached a small label to the Asset by selecting the items you wish to print a label for and select “Print Label for Selected”. This is the correct label size:
