POTENTIAL SOLUTION
Report (Quote, Invoice, etc.) is not printing properly and is misaligned, off centered or has a large margin.
When you print a report, you receive the below error message:
You must choose an alternative report or check the “Use Original” checkbox to continue.
e-manageONE relies on the Windows Settings for text size / resolution to properly display reports. Unfortunately, There is currently no work around to this at this time.
If you are using an extended monitor, you will need to change your computer Display Settings.
Right click on your computer desktop and go to Display Settings
Select the larger monitor display
In the “Main Displays” section, check ‘Make this my main display’
In the “Scale and Layout” section, make sure text size is set to 100% and your display resolution is set to the recommended option (typically 1920 x 1080)
Navigate to Tools (top toolbar) → Configure → User Settings → Select the “Remembered Reports” tab → Highlight the report you are trying to print → Delete Selected. When you go back to print your report, you should see the “Alternatives Available” pop up box in which you can just select “Continue”.
