If you encounter a situation where the picture is not visible within the e-manage|ONE BOM Items Grid, please follow these steps:
Verify that you have enabled the "Show pictures in the BOM Items Grid" option. You can find this setting in the User Settings.
You may need to update your grid layout to display the picture column in the grid.
