Incorporating images into your quotes can significantly elevate the quality of your proposals, making them appear more detailed and professional to your clients. The Phase image is specifically positioned as a medium-sized image within the Proposal body, appearing at the Phase level just above your Phase line items.

Adding a Phase Image

To include a Phase image, follow these straightforward steps:

  1. Initiate the process by double-clicking on your Phase, which is the second level item in your Bill of Materials (BOM). This action will open the Phase description window.

Within this window, you have two options for adding an image:

  • Browse for the Image: If the image is already saved on your PC, you can choose the "Browse" option to locate and select the image file.

  • Using the "Paste" Icon: For a more efficient approach, especially if you've copied the image to your computer clipboard, you can utilize the "Paste" icon positioned in the top-right corner of the lower section of the window.

  1. If desired, you can also include a description alongside the image to provide additional context or information. Simply input your description and then select "Save and Close."

  2. To access and print your quote, refer to the relevant details provided elsewhere in this guide.

Quick Tip: If you've already copied the image to your computer clipboard (via Right Click > Copy), you can further expedite the process by right-clicking on your Phase and selecting "Paste Copied Image From Clipboard."
