Incorporating images into your quotes can significantly enhance the presentation of your proposals to clients, giving them a detailed and professional appearance. The Option image, in particular, serves as a prominent visual element located on the first page of the proposal, following the Cover Page and Summary Page (if both are chosen to be printed in the Quote options).

Adding an Option Image

To add an Option image, follow these simple steps:

  1. Start by double-clicking on your Option, which is the top-level item in your Bill of Materials (BOM). This action will open the Option settings window.

In this window, you have two options for adding an image:

  • Browse for the Image: If the image is already saved somewhere on your PC, you can select the "Browse" option to navigate to and select the image file.

  • Using the "Paste" Icon: An even more straightforward method is to utilize the "Paste" icon located in the top-right corner of the lower section of the screen. This option is especially convenient if you've copied the image to your computer clipboard.

You can add a description above the image and select Apply Text and Close. To view/print your quote see here for additional details.

Quick Tip: If you have the image copied to your computer clipboard (Right Click > Copy) you can right click on your Option and select “Paste Copied Image From Clipboard”.
