e-manage|ONE provides you with the ability to create Microsoft Word Templates, which can be saved within e-manage|ONE for all users to utilize as mail merges for contacts. With just a few clicks, you can send these mail merges as emails, rather than printing out physical documents.
It's important to keep in mind that the data that is merged from e-manage|ONE depends on where the mail merge is being performed from. For instance, if you have a template that includes project data, you will need to either navigate to the specific project you want the data to be pulled from and perform the merge from the Project Contacts side panel (by selecting all contacts from the grid that you want to merge to, and then clicking the mail merge button on the side panel), or you will need to execute a Project Contact Analysis and Perform Mail Merge from the Actions menu within the analysis window.

If the template you want to use has Lead data, you must drag and drop contacts from the Lead pop-out panel into the Recipients list box in the Perform Mail Merge window.
Service Agreement Information can only be merged from the Service Contract Search from the Search menu at the top of the e-manage main window. You must check the "Include Contacts" checkbox and use the Mail Merge button located on the Search window.
