e-manage|ONE provides a comprehensive zip code database for the United States and Canada. When you enter a zip code and press TAB, the system automatically fills in the corresponding city, state, county, and tax rate information. If there are multiple cities for a zip code, you can select the correct one from a drop-down menu. To add a new city, enter the zip code and city name, then press TAB to trigger the "Add Zip Code" window and save the information. This feature simplifies data entry and ensures accuracy in managing zip code information.
NOTE: When entering a Canadian zip code, remember to specify "Canada" in the country field. Additionally, feel free to use "N/A" in any fields that are not applicable to the zip code, such as "Area Code" or "County".
Adding an International Zip Code
Enter the zip code in the Zip/City/State field and hit the TAB key to open the box shown below:
