We have compiled the following to consider for a successful implementation of e-manageONE. We have experienced that the companies who have implemented a good internal implementation plan have experienced immediate success. The companies that did not create and follow an internal implementation plan have struggled and in some cases completely failed.

Going through an implementation is tough, without a doubt, but it is up to you on how tough you make it.

A good implementation plan starts with a commitment.

For more information see:

Internal Plan

  1. Have a minimum of 2 leads assigned to the implementation. We have noticed that 3 leads seems to work well as they can work as a team, assign tasks amongst one another and ask each other questions.

  2. Create a reoccurring schedule internally to review tasks, discuss items and update tasks.

  3. Review the implementation Guide as a team and don't be afraid to move along. This will also help you get familiar with what is expected.

  4. Use the system, browse through the windows and don't be afraid to do things. You will not break the software.

  5. Engage others in discussion and show functionality.

  6. Get other users familiar with the system. We encourage repetition so the more people that are using the system the better and faster the entire company will learn.

    1. Have people start to login as a normal process

    2. Create assignments for people to do

    3. Start using the system as soon as you can

Post Implementation & Training

  1. Share new features and remind your teams on a regular basis. Have a regularly scheduled company meeting to show new features and introduce new items.

  2. Continually do a self-audit of your processes. Watch what users do to see how they are using the system. Ask them questions and see if you could tweak processes and / or make adjustments to make things easier.
