Setup Checklist

To see further information on the Implementation Plan please see here. Below is a quick list of items that must be completed previous to Onsite Training. This will ensure we have time to focus on more Training items vs. Setup items.

To Be Completed Previous To Onsite Training 

☐ User Names, Email Address, Cell Phone # and Carrier, Etc.
☐ Existing Customer List – Cleaned
☐ Add Primary Sales Rep
☐ Existing Vendor List – Cleaned
☐ Add MFG Discount
☐ Company Logo
☐ Haworth Dealers Only – Haworth Acct #, Lynx User name and password for someone that currently sends orders
☐ Kimball/National Dealers Only – Will send email with information we need to set you up
☐ Herman Miller Dealers Only – Will send email with information we need to set you up
☐ Install Program on all User’s Computers
☐ Connect Quickbooks to e-Manage
☐ Enter Terms & Conditions (If Applicable)
☐ Project Spec Setup and Connected to e-manage|ONE (If Applicable)
☐ Enter Employees into the Employee Manager (Make sure to connect to user / sales rep / installer if applicable)
