How to Upload Project Documents - Go App

Uploading project documents to the installation packet in the emanage|ONE Go app is a crucial step in managing your project's workflow efficiently. This guide will walk you through the process, step by step, ensuring that you can easily upload and access your project documents right from the mobile app.

1. Navigate to the Installation Calendar

  • Tap the 'Installation' tile. This will take you to the calendar view, where you can see scheduled installations.

2. Select the Project

  • In the Installation Calendar, find the project to which you want to upload documents.

  • Once you've located the project, tap on it to open the project details.

3. Access the Document Upload Section

  • Locate the '+' icon situated in the lower right corner and choose “Project Document.”

  • Option to add photos/documents from camera, gallery, or you can use cloud storage services like Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive to select the files.

4. Confirming and Finalizing Document Uploads

  • Select the document(s) you want to upload. You may select multiple files/photos if needed.

  • Enter Document Name, choose the Document Type from the dropdown selections and tap ‘Done’.

  • Once the files are uploaded, they should appear in the project's document section. Verify that all the documents you wanted to upload are listed and can be opened correctly.
