🧭 Step-by-Step Instructions


You should be logged into e-manage for approximately 5 minutes prior to completing the steps below.

βœ… Step 1: Access the Task Tray

  1. Navigate to the bottom-right corner of your screen (next to the system clock).

  2. Click the small arrow to reveal hidden icons in the task tray.

βœ… Step 2: Locate and Right-Click the e-manage Icon

  1. Find the e-manage|ONE logo among the icons.

  2. Right-click the logo to open the context menu.

  3. Select β€œRe-Take the Latest e-manage|ONE Update.”

βœ… Step 3: Confirm the Re-Take

A confirmation prompt will appear.

  • Click β€œYes” to begin the Re-Take process.

βœ… Step 4: Complete the Update Process

  • The update may take a few minutes to download.

  • You can continue working in other programs during the download.

Important: When the update window appears, selecting β€œUpdate Now” will automatically log you out of e-manage|ONE. Please save all work before proceeding.
