π How to Perform a βRe-Takeβ for e-manage|ONE Updates
A βRe-Takeβ action is a manual update process for e-manage|ONE that should only be performed when instructed by our Support Team. This guide walks you through the steps to safely initiate and complete a Re-Take when advised.

Please verify with e-manage|ONE Support that a Re-Take is necessary. Performing a Re-Take without guidance may disrupt your systemβs performance.

π§ Step-by-Step Instructions
You should be logged into e-manage for approximately 5 minutes prior to completing the steps below.
β Step 1: Access the Task Tray
Navigate to the bottom-right corner of your screen (next to the system clock).
Click the small arrow to reveal hidden icons in the task tray.
β Step 2: Locate and Right-Click the e-manage Icon
Find the e-manage|ONE logo among the icons.
Right-click the logo to open the context menu.
Select βRe-Take the Latest e-manage|ONE Update.β
β Step 3: Confirm the Re-Take
A confirmation prompt will appear.
Click βYesβ to begin the Re-Take process.
β Step 4: Complete the Update Process
The update may take a few minutes to download.
You can continue working in other programs during the download.
Important: When the update window appears, selecting βUpdate Nowβ will automatically log you out of e-manage|ONE. Please save all work before proceeding.
