Downloading Contracts and Accounts for HNI Web Services

As of the latest update (Version 10040), e-manage|ONE now allows you to download your HNI contracts and customer accounts directly within the system. This replaces the manual setup process and ensures your records stay accurate and up to date.

Note: Downloading contracts and accounts will overwrite any existing data in your system for the selected manufacturer. Existing records will be updated, and new ones will be added as needed.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Access the HNI Web Service

    • Navigate to the top menu and click Web Services.

    • From the dropdown, select HNI.

  2. Open the Downloads Tab

    • In the HNI Communicator window, click the Downloads tab at the top.

  3. Select Division and Manufacturer

    • In the upper-left corner:

      • Use the first dropdown to select your Division (if applicable).

      • Use the second dropdown to choose the Manufacturer (e.g., Allsteel, HON).

  4. Download Contracts and/or Accounts

    • Click Get Contracts to pull in your current manufacturer contracts.

    • Click Get Accounts to download your customer account list.

What Happens Next?

  • Contracts and accounts will be available for use throughout the HNI Smart Quote Tool and other HNI web services.

  • This process helps ensure your data is aligned with HNI’s systems, reducing errors and improving efficiency.
