If you do not select any criteria, it will automatically pull ALL punch lists.

🧩 Selecting Columns (Filter Columns)

You can customize which data fields appear in the results grid.

  1. Click Filter Columns in the upper-right corner.

  2. Select the fields you want to include from:

    • Primary Salespeople

    • Project Punchlist Items (Type, Reason, Status, Completed Date, Location, Root Cause, Description, etc.)

    • Projects (Project Name, Project Type, Project Manager, Designer, Approx Value, Status, Profit, etc.)

Tip: Adjusting the columns keeps the results clean and is especially useful if the query will be saved for Dayplanner use as you can show exactly the fields you need without cluttering the grid with not needed fields. This will also help enhance the loading time.
