One other way to recall existing Projects, Orders and/or Service Tickets is to use the Search drop down items in the lower area of the Main Application.

The Opportunity Search will hold all open opportunities that have not yet been booked or cancelled.

The Order Search will hold all booked Orders that have not yet been completed or cancelled.

Open

The Service Ticket Search will hold all open Service Tickets.

Open

You can also select the Drop Down to see all active selections in the drop down selected.

You can type any part of the Project Name, Number, Company Name, Address, etc. to see results in these drop downs.
