You can evaluate how well a salesperson is handling the leads you give them or they create themselves in this analysis. 

To begin click on the "Analysis" menu in the top toolbar in the e-manage main window, then on “Contacts” → "Leads By Salesperson" menu item.

In the resulting window, choose one or more salespeople, a date range of lead creation, choose whether to show the detailed lead records and / or projects along with the salesperson compilation and click the "Search" button. Note: only the salespeople you manage (or if you are a salesperson, only you) will show up as available salespeople to analyze in the Salespeople list box.

In this window, you can see, by salesperson, the number of leads created (or assigned) how many were cancelled, how many converted to orders, the overall number of orders for the salesperson, then you will see columns with percentages for each of the pre-defined Sales Lead Cancellation Reasons broken out. At the very end of the grid will be the OTHER CANCELLATION REASON which is a catch all for any cancellation reason that was not chosen, but typed in at the time of cancellation. 

Evaluating this data by cancellation reason gives your company a way to address the issues that are keeping you from converting leads into profitable orders.
